Anxiety and Stress
Anxiety and stress are reactions to real or imagined danger and are the automatic physical responses (fight/flight) that have been present within us since the cave man days. When our ancestors were being chased by predators the fight/flight response was required to keep them safe and a physical response was needed. Modern day stresses, worrying about family, relationships, work and the world around us no longer requires this physical reaction. Continual anxiety and stress can have a massive negative impact on our physical and mental well being.
Although it's not possible to take all of the stress out of modern day living hypnotherapy can help you manage the stress and reduce the levels of anxiety.
