Hello! I am Debbie a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist working in North Cornwall, near to Camelford, Bude and Launceston. I like to provide a relaxed and safe place for my clients to achieve their full potential, using therapy techniques tailored to their specific needs.  Having experienced hypnotherapy myself I know the amazing impact it can have, therefore I enjoy helping others to feel the benefits.  We all need help from time to time in regaining control of our lives, hypnotherapy can help you to do this by helping you to change the way you think, feel and behave and therefore taking back control.  I believe we all have the resources within us needed to live a happy and fulfilling life and hypnotherapy can help us access these resources.  All you need is to be motivated and willing to make positive changes to your life. I am not a magic wand but together we can develop those inner resources, therefore overcoming the issues and challenges you are facing.

Previous to becoming a hypnotherapist I worked in my local primary school for eighteen years.  During this time I have worked with hundreds of children helping them to learn new things and make positive changes in their lives.  These skills are so easily transferred to hypnotherapy which also helps people to learn new ways of thinking, making positive changes to their lives.  Already I have worked with many adults and children and helped to change their lives through the use of hypnotherapy.

In 2018, I obtained my Certificate in Clinical Hypnosis and qualified as a Relaxation and Stress Management practitioner, having trained with the London College of Clinical Hypnosis.  I obtained my Practitioner Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis (PDCH) in 2019.  Both the certificate and diploma courses have enabled me to work at a practical level from the onset, enabling lots of experience to be gained.

I am registered with the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council and adhere to their codes of conduct, work to the highest ethical standards and have professional insurance.
